About the Farm
Welcome! The founder of the Sanctuary is a trained entomologist (studies insects) and works at University of Hawaii at Manoa as an Invasive Species Researcher. We love all animals big and small. We strive to live more harmoniously with nature through education, research and whole-hearted living.
What We Do
It is our objective to provide a safe harbor for pigs in need. Humans disharmony with nature expresses itself in ways that hurt the environment, animals and ourselves. We hope to provide a space where people can have a visceral experience with these beautiful beasts and not just a conceptual and cerebral understanding of them.

Come join us and get to know our residents on a personal level! They have lots of love to share.

Get to know us better
Sanctuary life chose us. I wasn't in Hawaii for more than 6 months until a piglet needed my help and found her way to me. Just days old, her mother was killed and she wouldn't have survived on her own. She was my companion during the Covid-19 pandemic and I like to think we saved each other. Her name was Selah.
